I used to go a bit mad when I first did nofap. Didn't make it past a week for a long while. Eventually did about 2 weeks and ultimately was able to go 40 days but honestly it didn't feel healthy to not ejaculate for that long. I do minfap now which is like only fapping twice a week or so.

One thing about it is the longer I leave it, the more depressed I feel after fapping. If I fap every day I don't get that.
