I'm unsure if it's a part of neurodivergency but I have zero resentment/unease towards my appearance, despite it being extremely bad everywhere

for example it's like having a liver tumor to me, I'm not insecure of my liver it would just happen to be whats ruining my life

I never got the concept of being "insecure"

Based on just looking at myself and what I've been told both irl and online I'd say I'm bottom1% facially, bottom1% body/framewise and bottom1% voice, all while being 5'5" on the dot
