Depends on the specific alcoholic drink. Really hard to match to something nonalcoholic too. If they sell nonalcoholic malt beverages where you live those taste basically the same as beer. It is like a drink that's between sweet and bitter.

It tastes kind of like soaking bread in carbonated water for a couple weeks if that makes sense. I'm bad at describing things jfl

Haha I could make my own, I've seen a youtube tutorial and it looks pretty straight forward. Just lots of yeast, cloudy apple juice, and sugar. Then let it sit for a couple weeks
