The loneliness inceldom is frying my mind, I can really feel it.

Today I was barely able to get any work done. My managers keep piling more and more work on me, with higher expectations and I'm not able to keep up. Today, I didn't really accomplish anything other than fixing minor CSS issues.

Are computers your passion?

What do you live for, if you had to pick something?

I cane relate. While i'm at work i always try to sneak away with my phone so i can check what's going on here.

I don't have a break. 8 straight hours without any breaks.

I would want to make some things that don't really have any economic value.

Obviously, number 1 is I wish I wasn't incel. I could live for that.

I really want to get the project mentioned in another thread finished even though that's more of an attempt to make money.

But my real dream is to create a new AI race. I would probably lose this desire if I lost my inceldom though.

I'm a hyper-minimalist and peaceful person too, and I would like to live that lifestyle in my own home.

i've never worked a day in my life due to inceldom

computers/IT is a shitty job with no satisfaction

actually fuck it, all jobs are

was it the loneliness, obsessing about why the girl never replied, or both?

I find the dopamine high/low swings of dating/sexual pursuit can fuck people up (by "people," I mean me lmao)

It's never about one girl. It's just the trigger, the confirmation.

But my performance has been slipping since the beginning of this job, even before this new girl thing. My brain is so messed up and slower than it used to be when I was in college.

Let this be a lesson to you all that STEMceling leads to nothing but loneliness and despair if you are a sub8 male. So many young incel hopefuls cling to the idea that a job and stability will grant them access to quality mates. They couldn't be more wrong.

I agree with this. One time I posted an article on facebook called "Please don't learn how to program"

It's not just that. The tech guys that do "make it" end up working in san francisco, paying $4000 a month for rent and living in an area where men outnumber women 3 to 1. They end up massively more incel than before with a job they age out of at 30.

total fucking scam.

Well, chipping away at the incel thing is a big project, and worth dedicating your time. I would focus on the AI thing since it's your kinda "big project" even if nothing tangible comes from it.

As far as the lifestyle goes, you should let it be dictated by the "big goal." If it takes some complexity, then you're a complex person, if it takes no effort, you're a low effort person. Just as long as you believe strongly enough to not hate what you're working towards.

It's no panacea, but something to live for, even something ephemeral, is nice.

You're not being blackmailed by the basilisk, right?

I'm very familiar with that lifestyle. Sometimes those guys are so fucking deluded.
