I've never felt "good" wasting my time to improve someone elses life quality or giving them advice
I have not gotten anything out of it EVER.
The people I used to help and give advice to are just there temporary, they will disappear eventually, and then your time would be wasted
I've decided to never help others / do favors / give advice anymore, no matter how minor it is, it will save me time in the longrun which I can spend on myself
As an incel you need to be selfish, if you are empathetic and helpful, people will use you as a doormat
