Venting I'm miserable every day because of my OCD

All thanks to my OCD I'm completely miserable 24/7 unless I'm sleeping. This retarded, bullshit piece of crap disorder tortures me mentally and physically every day from the moment I wake up to the time I lose consciousness and go to sleep. No wonder why I feel like shit and am angry all the time. It's all because of this bitch disorder.

Obsessive thoughts + body issues is a fatal combo. It gives me anxiety 24/7.

I've seen lots of young teen couples on internet and it gave me some short term anxiety but after seeing 17 year old athletic Valkyrie with her 17 year old 6'5 athletic Chad boyfriend on Instagram, my life was never the same. It was potent ropefuel, both were kids when covid pandemic started, time flew so fast.

That image still frequently comes in my mind, reminding me of my body issues and inferiority. Their faces even haunts me in my dreams. I can't escape

If the disorder is trying to convince you that something bad will happen or has already happened but you can't be sure of it then the solution is to accept that it might be right.

I have it too, but mine manifests itself as dermatillomania and I have accidentally injured other people because of it, which landed me in a mental hospital for three days at 15 and after I got out my high school forced me to be watched by an assigned aide on school grounds at all times.

I visit a psychiatrist once a month and take my prescribed medication for it but I still have to be careful around people that have things that could lead to an episode.

Needless to say, everybody avoided me in high school and in college, girls universally considered me to be "damaged goods".
