I've been doing streaks for about 10 years now, but I keep on relapsing.
Most of my streaks lasted for a few days, some for weeks, and I had one in 2020-21 that went on for almost 8 months.
I want to get rid of at least one addiction in my life, plus I hope that abstaining from sexual stimuli (which goes beyond just not watching porn and not jerking off) will eventually help me eliminate all sexual thoughts in my head, basically turning me some kind of an asexual robot who doesn't suffer anymore from unsatisfied urges.
Watching porn and cooming are not good solutions for this issue of not being able to have sex, it's like giving some low quality drug to a herion addict, hoping that it wouldn't hurt him that much.

Based. The longest i ever manged to reach is 15 days and i was depressed beyond imagination. I think a week fits me well mentally and physically, the biggest benefit of nofap is the Peace of mind imo. Yes life would be still hell and boring but at least you're somewhat at default state where you can focus on persuing whatever is you interested in without distraction.
