Toothpaste simply helps aid the brushing process along a bit by adding a soft grindy element to it that aids your toothbrush in removing the filth.
That and the added fluoride is supposed to help protect and or remineralize the enamel and help prevent decay.

Perfectly fine if you don’t mind dying a potentially…ok maybe not agonizing…but rather terrifying death in that you could end up gasping for breath either from an abcess that forms and begins to block off your windpipe by getting into your sinuses first or you develop sepsis from your infections and begin to experience systemic organ shut down as your body in its zeal to eradicate the bad bacterial parasites ends up gradually killing you in the process.Just let the teeth rot
Sepsis can kill a person in just 12 hours and if not treated promptly can lead to limb amputations.
So just saying if you don’t want to take care of your teeth that’s totally fine but just have them pulled out when they get too bad as what’s not totally fine is just letting them rot and linger in your mouth rotting as that is likely to kill you, unless allowing yourself to be killed in an unnecessary and potentially painful or highly uncomfortable way is your goal?
