Discussion I'm just productive after 1 am

I'm realizing that all the stuff that need discipline I use to do after 1 am.
like study math, code, play guitar, read a boring book, study languages, etc.

when I tried to do all this stuff in the morning I used to procrastinate a lot until it gets late night.

do you have a similar behavior?
