Same here been having night terrors now for weeks, it zaps your energy completely I am contemplating not keeping a journal since all my dreams fucking suck anyways

All types of weird stuff that doesnt make sense. I wonder if there is something deeply wrong with me psychologically since it seems only having nightmares is not normal. I havent had any traumatic experiences in my life but have been mentally ill for as long as I remember.
