What helps me is:

Focus on my breathing. If I can breathe regularly, I know I’m probably medically good.

Think about how I’ve had panic attacks in the past and how it always ends, and will also end this time.

Also, I forgot to add that it helps me to “ride the wave”. It sounds weird and untrue, but embracing the terror on some villain shit can help get you through it.
