I’m half looking forward to death

I’m not suicidal.

I do want to live.

But, I’m so curious to know what happens after death.

So many people claim to know, but no one actually does.

It’s just a desire to know.

It is this feeling that I have, that everything will be okay.

Whatever happens, billions of people have been through it already.

Perhaps, in death, I can just let it all go.

Be free from this life.

I don’t know. It just seems now that fear of death is illogical.

Living in fear of the inevitable, seems like a burden we all put upon ourselves.

In the back of our minds, we all know we are going to die someday.

But, we do everything we can to avoid death anyway.

We refuse to really live so that we can survive another day.
