Under 20 doesn't mean underweight. I want to be lean because it looks much more aesthetically pleasing and I can be comfortable taking my shirt off around others. I don't really care about being muscular.wait so why do you want to be an underweight twig?
You could start working out to gain muscle mass as you lose weight, otherwise you will end up skinny fat.
I already tried gymmaxxing and it's not worth the hastle put into it when I can look significantly better by just losing fat. I would need to work out consistently for years just for a small difference.Cope, you'll just look like a subhuman Auschwitz prisoner. You need to bulk up and build muscle first.
