I took a walk at 9pm Saturday night down side streets thinking there wouldn't be anyone around. Turns out there was a group of 30 teenagers hollering and yahooing, making a nuisance of themselves in the street. I ended up turning down a lane to give them a bit of distance, then had to change my route because of them.
Every time some NPC has said this to me I've asked what the connection is between getting wet and/or cold, and getting an infection and none of them has been able to explain it.
