Not yet but feminists wants this to exist. It's a certificate of sex, what kind of sexual activity, depth, where it takes place and date. Both genders have to sign it. Also a witness.

Holy shit. This looks bad enough, but when translated it is a hundred times worse.
First off, besides the names and date, it also asks for the duration... and then shit gets out of hand in the next table.
It asks for the depth of penetration, and whether it’s oral/anal/vaginal, and the depth for each. It asks for the maximum number of fingers used for handjobs etc. It asks for the approved circumference of the penis.
And it gets even worse. You see those 3 notes at the bottom? The first one is related to the depth of penetration... It says “The measure is marked on the penis with a permanent marker.”
The second note says “If the perimeter falls before deep markings, an additional marking is made where this occurs.”
And the third one, whatever this means, states “in order to prevent the trigger from falling wrong, the man must clear the repository at least 5 seconds in advance.”
So these people want men to have to USE A PERMANENT MARKER ON THEIR DICK TO MARK HOW DEEP IT WENT IN TO WHATEVER ORIFICE.
See the note under the second table? It reads:
“This form is filled in the same way in 3 copies, all signed by both parties plus witnesses.
