If you are a truecel, then it would suck where ever you go. But if you're a 3-5/10, then the SF bay area is an absolute hell. You would have far better luck in the American southwest or south (major cities) as the male-female ratio is better and the foids there aren't anywhere near as bad as the foids in the SF bay area.
