I would play MMOs like single player games. Not join guilds or talk to any people. Only interact with NPCs.

Have you tried online classes? Home workout videos? Home jobs? Therapy? There are options.
I am in therapy and have made some progress partially due to medication.. Additionally I have also started home workout and am now barely underweight anymore. Things are improving ever so slowly.
It is better to have slow, steady process. It might seem like it is taking forever but it will be better in the long run.
Rationally I know this, however it is hard to actually do it.. Anyhow, thank you for the kind words.
