I have seen hoards of women online claiming to be apart of the incel community or calling themselves “femcels” despite the fact the community was originally based on (mostly autistic) socially-inept males. It annoys me to no end since women in particular are the most sought after, they can get attention in any community. They don’t even have to be particularly good-looking to have hoards of men trying to contact them.

Yet they choose to do it in communities for a quick ego-boost from men they see as less valuable than themselves. It almost feels like mockery since it’s obvious that they themselves know full well they are not “femcels”.

I really cannot remember the last time I’ve seen a male-dominated community where hoards of women haven’t infested it to seem “different” or try to get attention. They can literally do this anywhere else, why here? I know women are inherently self-centred but it’s getting ridiculous. Was getting attention everywhere else not enough?
