Got veins all over my arms (even got a nice snake vein on my bicep), especially while working out, veins on calves and quads and veins below stomach, but abs still covered in a small layer of fat. I see so many people with abs at 15% body fat and it makes me so jelly. I'll probably have to hit 12% to even see them properly.

How the fuck is that retarded fat storage? Would you prefer it on your face?

Fuck i have the same problem with fat storage. I'm bulking and will start cutting in 3-4 months. I'm up to 250 rn but don't have visible abs or veins except in my arms

I'm only 86kg right now, probably 89kg with more carbs in my system. 

I do like that I don't weigh too much atm, as it makes pullups much more enjoyable.

Btw boyo if you really want abs at higher body fat couldn't you just get lipo on your ab area so they'd stand out more? It removes the fat cells in the area permanently.

Meh. I'll just not go over 12% ever again. Stay between 8 and 12%, then do a mini cut every time I go above. All about dem aesthetics. Every time abs are about to fade, I'll do a cut. Easy way to tell if I'm getting fat.

I'm ass at pullups because of this lol but I've been doing a lot of finger grip pullups to help with forearm strength and size

86-89 kg is solid as fuck good stuff

Well it's all about facial aesthetics tbh and seems you got lucky with fat storage there. Abs don't make you more attractive to women, it's all face. Unless you're at horsecel levels.

It feels so nice being able to do a bunch of full RoM pullups. When I was bulk mode, I would just stick to pulldowns, which I don't like as much as pullups.

The first 4-5 pullups, I don't even notice. Feels like I am pulling feather.

Anavar is pretty legit for women as far as roids go. Doesn't make them huge, gives them really nice strength and makes it easier for them to get toned.

What types of food do you eat that are rich in Potassium? Suppose to have like 4-5k mg a day :o I am trying to get as dry as possible pretty much and need every advantage I can get.

So far I need to start eating sweet potatoes it seems.

I eat a lot of ground turkey, ground beef, salmon, chicken and steak. As far as carbz: potatoes, veggies, and rice. Occasionally pasta.

Also don't worry about vitamin intake too much via food. I'm taking an oldcel multivitamin that covers everything pretty much

I eat a lot of ground turkey and beef, too. 

I mostly eat pasta and oats for my carbs. Will probably switch out the pasta for some sweet potatoes for dat potassium.

Will also probably stop drinking milk and eat more meat instead. Milk is pretty shitty when I think about it. Laced with hormones.

God damn it. Just realized that the retarded Myfitnesspall nutrition tables weren't correct for all values. I knew there was no way I had 0 potassium in my diet. Even milk has plenty of potassium.
