There are always easier majors in this field. Like chem-eng. Trust me compared to Computer Science (what I used to study) is easier compared to every other branch of engineering.

The most difficult branch of physics if I am not mistaken. Though try linear algebra III or Numerics and tell me what it is like compared to hydronamics. I guarantee you that your brain will melt.
