I'm envious of them. Ever since I turned 14 years and years ago my dad has been getting mad at me over the smallest and most unimportant things. I've genuinely lost count how many times he's yelled at me over certain things. After a while, I got tired of him yelling at me, so I yelled back, and that just escalated things even worse. One time he even pinned me down to the ground and I asked "what's wrong with you" and it only made him angrier. I swear, I wish that didn't happen. Writing this out just makes me so jealous of those with GOOD relationships with their father. It's unfair.

My dad and I did not have a volatile relationship, but he just DID NOT GIVE A SHIT. He wasn’t physically abusive and didn’t yell at me. He was just apathetic about my well being. He never asked how I was doing or why I was so depressed and never left the house for months.

my dad is ok , he screams at me a lot , the only thing i dont like about him is that he used to have a becky side chick alongside my mom for about 4 years, partially respect him partially resent him because how the fuck did his genetics and charisma not pass on to me. she was also a doctor and not some trailer park trash
