Do you use the internet much to talk about your situation? If yes, do your parents ever have access to the device(s) you use and do you clear your browsing history? Do you share a wifi, and if yes, do you use a proxy or a VPN, maybe TOR? Parents don't have to be that tech savvy to spy on your online activity if they're worried.
