Actually, most jobs require only basic socialization that even an autist can do. It's society that chooses to expect high social standards and reward great socialization. The jobs themselves(ie programmer, accountant, mathematician, engineer, etc) only typically require certain key skills and intelligence. What I was actually referring to however is nepotism(social/career networking). I meant that nepotism, independent of other socialization in work, reveals how others have achieved their happiness unjustly and at our expense.
