Honestly, you won't be a chad through surgerymaxxing. Many people believe they can but realize they can't be chad-tier which causes them to be depressed after their surgeries. So you have to be realistic. Like you say, he already had a good base to start with, that's why it worked so well for him. Also, he does say his brain still has the incel mentality, so he often has to try and pretend to be normal, or "NT" as they say.

I’ve read his posts. He does seem very off and autistic but if he was honest about his slaying stories, he still got sex and validation. I’m non NT too but too ugly to ascend into chadhood so it’s over for me.
