I couldn't get to sleep and I was overthinking everything with anxiety. Mostly going through all of the bad experiences in my life.

Usually I would drown it out with a couple of cold beers but I went cold turkey with alcohol a couple of months ago so that's no longer an option.

So now I'm gonna play video games until I get drowsy.
