Nice. I don't know how much your TDEE is, but you should try and type your stats into a TDEE calculator, and then eat 500-750 calories below that. Yeah, protein is important. Good to know you're getting enough of that. I'd also suggest focusing on getting micronutrients since that can have an effect on things related to building muscle as well.
I'd also suggest doing some exercise if you have a big appetite and want to eat a bit more while still losing weight. I did a lot of walking while I was losing weight and it helped immensely. I would recommend doing it outside, and I would recommend doing walking rather than running, since you can do walking for a longer time, meaning you can burn more overall calories. I'd also recommend doing it outside since sunlight helps produce testosterone.
If you want 6 pack abs obviously the most important thing is reducing bodyfat, and then training your abs. There are a lot of ab exercises you can do, but when I was starting, I personally just did a lot of crunches until I felt tired, and that got me pretty good results, and I've maintained my abs pretty decently even though I haven't trained in a long while, and even though I have bad muscle building genetics.
