Most females stop growing in height at 14 and by 16 are fully mature biologically yet at 18 I still grew in height and wasn't even peak development. There's evidence most men end puberty in 20s aswell.
16 is also legal in most European countries.
But a 18yo female fucking a 50yo male is perfectly fine lol. Also when you consider 18 is practically 16.
