There are alot of evidence and I also want to try it but privacy is an issue[DAY0]
I'll be posting updates with [DAY-] tags, so you can look them up easily.
I'll document my feelings (pain, and other feelings) and anything special.
All DAY posts will be only posted after the workout exercises are completed.
Jelqing, referred to a "milking" technique, but it will be used as a general term for dick enlargement workout.
My goal is one inch of gain, and then I'll call it quits, or at least, only do minimum effort to maintain the inch gained (if so)
To avoid "bragging", I'll refer to my size as X.
Current sizes:
Bone pressed: around X.5
Streched BP: around X.7
Girth (of thickest point): around X.1
My workout strategy:
5 minutes
9 minutes
2 minutes
2 minutes
Roughly 20 minutes of work. Sections like Kegel can be distributed, because you can do it everywhere, even at work.
