To be honest, before the pandemic in 2020, I really felt like the baby boomers in the job market were stubbornly refusing to retire (like my mother).

As soon as the pandemic happened, and baby boomers started taking the vaccinations and booster shots - they began to quit. My mother finally retired last summer.

My solution, would be for 35 year olds to concentrate on opening their own businesses, if I don’t rope - I already have a business plan ready for my late 30’s.
