I purposely ignored my therapists last phone call.
He was 30 minutes late.
He left a voice mail saying that my appointment didn’t get put into his computer correctly.
The problem is…….this is a common occurrence.
I’ve heard this excuse before, several times.
The reality is…..he doesn’t care enough to be on time.
He is in, no doubt, just chatting with his coworkers or browsing the net or some other frivolous shit.
Then, when we do talk, he only talks for about 15 minutes.
So, it’s really a waste of time to answer his calls anyway.
Piece of shit is almost certainly billing my insurance for a full hour.
I’ve been in the mental health system for more than 20 years.
I’ve only ever had one therapist who cared.
Just one, in over 20 years.
We are enemies, he just doesn’t know it.
I resent the fact that I’m paying money to talk to someone.
I hate him for profiting off of the misery of others.
If I didn’t need my neetbux, I’d walk away from mental health services in an instant, without hesitation.
