Cold showers are pretty weird, they have helped me to get really pumped up in the morning but they also relax you and make you sleep better. You feel extremely warm after taking one too

NoFap is pretty much the same thing, gave me muuuuuuuuuchhhhhhhhhh more motivation in life, gave me muuuuuuuchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh more energy (literally meth-head levels of energy, i couldn't even sleep at night ffs)
and it also lowered my inhibition quite drastically, it literally went from like 9999999999999999 to about 50-100 at the very last days of my streak...also my eye area improved because my dark circles weren't as prominent anymore and my eyes seemed more "lifelike." also i had insane strength gains, almost like i took steroids or something, but that's just because of the significant energy boost. that's about it really, it's only a benefit for yourself if you feel like a depressed piece of shit all the time, with no motivation/energy.

it will NOT get you girls or whatever other deluded shit those fuckers on that subreddit spout. you should only do it if you really need energy like for a job or for school or something, you will wake up a lot easier in the morning and feel a little happier and more full of life, that's about it. obviously, this is useless to people who NEET or rot in their bedroom all day
