I have a weird frame.. 5’9” , lean, 21” bideltoid, but only 5’10.5’ wingspan and 7” wrists.. arms are wayyyyy too short and wrists look like baby wrists.. only good thing is my bideltoid and shoulder:hip ratio

Not really. When I was young and still cared what women thought, I weightlifted for a year and gained a good 20 LBS of muscle.

Even now 13 years later, my frame still remains roughly the same as when I lifted during that time. Muscle is supposed to atrophy if you don't lift, and it does slightly...but for some reason my body still looks ripped.

My face is sub4 though, so it doesn't matter. In a similar sense that a big dick won't matter for most incels.

If you have a small build you must gymcel. When I was younger and lifted daily I had like 20 extra lbs of muscle and I felt and looked so much better. It's been years since I lifted regularly and I look and feel awful now. Every bit of muscle helps when you're a framecel
