I have 10% bf and it looks shit. My facial bone structure is just shit. But still, fatcels should lose weight to not only feel better but also to see if they have a good bone structure underneath.

i m not skinny, i m more a build of muscle and fat, but i m still able barely to see my abs because now i got heavier, i would say i m between 15-20% bf, more like 18 probably. maybe even 20%, but at my height of 5'5 not even a good face can save me and still i don t have a good face

True tbh, being fat deformed the face. I lost a lot of weight and still loosing. My face improved a lot. Now i can see the real shape of my face. 6-7 kg more and im good.

yeah, leanmaxxing is only if your tall and really fat, because u might have a good face under that fat, but at my height, leanmaxx doesnt save me, neither is my face too good
