Nigger, I know. But I was extremely skinny my entire life and have a tiny frame with tiny wrists and hands. I was bullied all my life, shoved around, beat up etc. I could never defend myself. Muhhhhh karate won’t help you if you’re facing a fucking 300lbs monster JFL. Thats true but even how fast you will gain muscle and progress is genetic. If you have below average genes for muscle building the investment and time it takes is not worth it imo after the first year or 2.yeah but most people won't achieve their genetic potential anyway

How wide a guy's clavicles are will definitely help but with muscles almost everyone can compensate so he looks at least average.
