What would you go with? I’d go for double jaw surgery, jaw implants, sliding genio, blepharoplasty, orbital rim implants, cheek implants, and palate expansion. Oh, buccal fat removal as well, tres important.

Leg lengthening is too risky, and HGH doesn't work at my age (probably doesn't much work to begin with). I'd sell the surgery secondhand and pocket the cash, that'll make my happier than any surgery.

Height won't overcome a bad face, I've said that from the beginning. But someone who's 188cm and when posed with a hypothetical question like "what cosmetic surgery would you get done on yourself" says they'd get taller? That's the first and only thing they have in mind? That's a person with mental problems.

True, if anything needs work its my chink eyes. Not sure what surgeries would need to be performed to unfuck my eye area. I wasn't giving a totally serious response and I do get heightmogged by high school kids ocassionally, only reasons I brought up leg lengthening.

It was unusual, yes, but if he is indeed average, PS for his face really does nothing. Limb lengthening is the best option out of anything he can get from existing surgeries because it would allow him to stand out more and perhaps find that niche of girls who go for tall, average guys. There are complications but crossing the street has its risks and YOLO.
