Probably not, a good number of them probably already have enough opps anyway (bullies, aggressive dogs, their abusive parents and other relatives, their parents' stalkers (attacking and harrassing the target's children is one of the most common stalker tactics), and their parents' opps in general in addition to theirs (workplace bullying also apparently often includes targetting the victim's family and friends)).
