If my stake was to directly influence the industry (which seems to be the premise of the question) I'd pick news media because as @Hoor Al-Ayn already stated, it would be nice to be able to influence the opinion of the masses. Though while the mainstream media is still undeniably extremely powerful, it's lost some of it's influence over the years, especially with the younger age demographic. Young people don't really watch TV anymore, and they're certainly not sitting down on the couch and watching CNN or Fox News. They get their news and opinions from twitter micro-celebrities and tik-tokers....which in many ways is even worse than mainstream media.
I'd use my influence on the industry to promote pro-AI and pro-transhumanist views.

Real estate is an insanely profitable business, and it's a basic need to have a roof over our heads, so I think I'll choose this area.
