Now the question, if you were a chad what STI / STD would you pick ( or several ) to pass to foids and what foids would you pass it to?, also you have to deal with the effects of having that disease.

Thinking outside the box, I’m surprised that nobody has said HIV. In 2025, it’s actually a GOOD thing to have HIV. let me explain….
With modern treatments you can effectively raw-dawg and not pass on that shit to partners, it’s basically undetectable. Yes...I would do the same thing. Herpes has no cure, and treatments only reduce the duration of symptoms and you can still spread the disease even with no visible sores...and condoms are not that great at preventing herpes as it is spread through skin-to-skin contact rather than fluids.

Finally, you can only reduce the likelihood of herpes transmission through medication but the odds are still not great.

Herpes is the perfect combination of both being humiliating and permanent.
