I still think I should go all out and improve, even surgery if I have to. If I do all this and fail, I will just be more depressed.

I am too motivated despite being very blackpilled. The brain knows it's over but I can't stop falling into this.

I would say go for it. Go all in with soft looksmaxxing and the easy stuff like gymmaxxing, then do hard looksmaxxing if you can afford it. Even if you fail at least you can say you gave it your all. If you don't try at all you will have a nagging voice in your head asking what if I did x differently... as time goes on
