I think civilization as a whole would completely lose their minds and go absolutely feral, since everybody will be dead anyway. Murder Rates will Skyrocket, so will Rapes, Stealing, Etc. It would not be safe in any capacity in urban/city enviornments.

As for me, I would quit everything and try to move around as much the Natural Earth as I possibly can, avoiding all cities, and enjoy whatever I have left.
