I've said before...
So imagine you spent all your prime years as an incel. How do you make up for that?
Imagine you buckle down and careermaxx. You go to a college of business. In a sea of 6-foot Chads coasting on their dad's money, you rise from poverty and below average height to stand tall amongst your peers and land a lucrative internship. You graduate and it becomes a job. You move to another state and start grinding at the bottom of the corporate finance ladder. You seize all opportunities where ever you find them, no matter how small. Higher ups want you to download an app that they'll send you meaningless little bullshit circulars on? You download it. You like and comment on everything in the feed. Will this get you anywhere? Who knows. But you're doing what others won't and that's what got you this far.
As the years go by, life speeds up and your body slows down. Until one day you truly are no longer a kid. You're a man, both regarding your station in life, and the weariness in your bones. You've made it to the c-suite. And as part of the new batch, there's some people you have to introduce yourself to at this upcoming venture round party.
You meet a lot of people your age. But only one man your height. And you can't help but wonder how a man this meek made it as far as he did in a world where everyone must be "powerful." Tall men in loud ties making aggressive impressions in the battle over millions and billions of dollars. And somehow here he is. You're intrigued by him. And you find him a little relatable. You guys talk amongst the larger group, but as the night wanes you guys break away from the normies and talk between yourselves. And he reveals his backstory.
He too has known adversity. He took rose from underprivilege and struggled to make an impression. He saw people dumber than him move ahead faster than him. The years of his life slipped away as he desperately tried to form an existence for himself. And because of this, he was getting zero pussy. But he told himself "Books now, boobs later." And now it's later. But the pain of lost prime years won't stop hurting.
But he's a man of means now, and so are you. He feels like, together, you can use this phantom pain to make the world give you back your pasts. He just needs to know where they should start. Where do you think you two should start?
Imagine you were never hugged as a child. Would being hugged as an adult make up for that?
I think I figured out a way to explain to normies the plight of FrothySolutions. If hugs from your parents are a tragic kind of affection to miss out on, and childhood is a crucial time to experience it, I think I see a framework for explaining what my problems are and asking what I should do...
