I do know one and whenever I get the chance to (about once a month), I do. He continues to reject the truth for the false hopes of the bluepill. He thinks his personality will win people over. He thinks being 5'8" is fine and having a NW2 hairline is "no big deal". I always try my best to get him to see the light. In the end, it is not my suffering though.

He is 3 months older than me (both 23) and has as much experience with women (none) as I do.

I put no but it really depends on who it is (though I tend to side with just staying quite since the backlash can be annoying). Some incels/ugly males are more open to the blackpill than others, even if they are currently bluepilled some are still open to the blackpill you just have to give it to them slowly. That being said, others are a complete waste of time and trying to tell them about the blackpill is stupid since they won't listen and will instead just start shit with you.

No man. Actually committing suicide is very hard to do. To get over the hurdle that his brain will put up is almost insurmountable.
Everybody who is truly ugly will at least know a little that the blackpill is true. They are just coping. Society has always spread the bluepill which helped them, but I currently see a change in the openness of society. Many people are openly admitting the blackpill.

Also, I'd recommend plastic surgery to him as a new cope. Plastic surgery is a big hope, for some people it's their motivation to stay alive. I'm certain plastic surgery has prevented people from committing suicide.
