Problem is, most of the time, a single radical surgery or 2-3 small corrections, which is what most doctors will agree to do, cannot make you ascend, most incels have more than a single/punctual issue on their faces, almost always we have a lot of things working against us.
So, most will need to spend 60-100k usd to fix things up with really good Doctors, also, more surgeries not always means better looking, unless really good Doctors have planned the whole thing from the beginning, but most doctors will only try to sell their shit surgeries that won't make a difference (they wouldn't even perform that on their relatives and close ones) and sometimes can even irreversibly fuck your chances!
It's almost impossible to foresee the results, specially for dummy patients who don't know a thing or two about what is surgically possible, and it's even worse when many surgeries are needed to make a real difference.
