I have pretty much this jaw, yes. It is more than just unattractive. It actually causes physical health issues. Severe overbite and wisdom tooth problems. I can barely breathe through my nose. And worst of all is the sleep apnea which is caused by the recession of the chin and results not only in continual exhaustion but also, from time to time, in bad headaches that ruin your day.

Same. That’s why I’m looking into jaw surgery to get normal sleep at least. I don’t expect it to make me physically attractive.

If what you say is true then you should know that you might be able to get the jaw surgery funded as it is no longer merely a cosmetic surgery. In that case you'll probably need a formal diagnosis of sleep apnea which usually requires a sleep study. All this depends entirely on where you live though, so make sure to inquire with your doctor.

I had considered going through a similar route but I ended up declining the surgery as I find it too invasive, and also I find it too much of a confirmation of my failure.

You just need to develop a charming personality for women to love you teehee

it’s over

This guy has the exact same lower third as me with the overbite lip and everything. I'm never going to get painful and expensive surgery just to please some fucking foid but I am attempting to grow a beard out to cover it. Only issue is I've been growing it for around 10 months now and still have only a couple patches of hair here and there on my face.

this one probably needs double jaw surgery + genio, its gonna be expensive and 1 year recovery at least (until all the swelling is gone)
