Is it cause women are superior or on some pedestal? No, the answer is a lot simpler than that. Capitalism, means that whoever is spending the most will be targeted. All these betabuxxers make women the larger spenders and consumers. That is also why gaming is now only for foids, at least western games. (New god of war) This is a very natural and logical progression, capitalism demands more profits, no matter what. If catering to women will make more money then that’s what they’ll do.
