If you hate cops then I strongly recommend you play red faction guerrilla

The game takes place on mars, but you pretty much spend the whole game killing cops. Not necessarily traditional cops, but a sort of police force called EDF ( Earth defense force ) that rule Mars in a terrible police ruled worldwide state where they have outposts and soldiers everywhere.

In the game you join a rebellion called the red faction and you spend the entire game sabotaging the EDF and kicking them off the planet slowly reducing their influence.

You kill them, steal their supplies, weaponry, and vehicles, destroy their outposts, take out high ranking officers, etc. Sound interesting? The game is also open world btw, and other rebels will join you to fight as your morale increases from completing missions. The amount of rebels depends on your morale.

Shit bored me to death too much driving on red lifeless planet just to break occasional building (only fun part). Red faction 1 and Armageddon were way more fun.
