Like a lot of us here I would increase my height as much as reasonably possible if I could. At least another foot of height or so would be nice. I don't think it would be able to bring me out of inceldom due to my subhuman face and other traits, but it would bring me a lot of confidence I think and some small benefits like being able to be better in a fight or reach high up places.
However, it is the largest factor holding me back besides face/mental state that absolutely cannot be changed without significant risk (leg lengthening is dangerous) and if I could oblu magically change one thing that is what I would choose.
