Depends on the type of cancer and the likelihood to live. If it was relatively high chance to die then I wouldn't bother with treatment. Basically I have nothing to live for either way, and I'm not looking forward to wageslave for the next 30+ years anyway.

Id might kill myself if would get cancer, i once knew a guy who had cancer in his neck from birth making his jaw or basically whole skull and neck deformed. People used to make fun of his voice and make jokes of him all the time. And at top of that he had a breathing issues and HGH defiency or some issue with growth caused by the cancer making him shorter than he shouldve become and he still ended up becoming much taller than me
