It depends. If it could be easily surgically removed without much pain, then yes. If it needed chemotherapy or some shit like then, then fuck no. I'd live until it got too painful and then I would off myself. No point in trying to fight it when I don't have all that much to live for. No point in suffering until the cancer killed me either. I would put myself out of my misery in a humane way.
