The bicep vein is technically called the cephalic vein.
It is a major vein that runs along your bicep, and will show through the subcutaneous fat layer in your upper arm if you are a male at a healthy body fat percentage. Unlike abs, the definition of this vein is almost entirely dependent on your level of leanness, especially if you don't do any cheap tricks meant to artificially boost your vascularity. Even skinny guys who've never set foot in a gym their whole lives have visible bicep veins. So if you don't, and never have, you are volcel. Get on that treadmill and stop eating so much junk food.
